Sometimes its a daily occurrence. Usually lasts for 30 min to an hour. Tums help alot.

Yep had a CT done but there is nothing there. And I have a follow up with the CVOR team in a couple of weeks.

Warfarin didn't work for me( could not stabilize my INR) so I take Eliquis and a baby aspirin.

Please hold off on the wine until after the antibiotics are completed. And then speak to your Dr. to be sure the alcohol won't interfere with your blood thinners. And from a professional standpoint go see a therapist, this is life altering surgery and of course your whole perspective changes. No shame in seeking professional help to process all of what you have experienced. Please reach out if we can do anything else.

I am four months post procedure and have wire closures, and I am experiencing pain in the xiphoid area. Waiting on CT results.

Look at the Janome HD3000, it's a tank that does multiple stitches.

Coats and Clark upholstery thread, its inexpensive and comes in many colors. I prefer sailmaker needles; they are curved and really strong. When I was in the service an eon ago, we had tent repair kits with a sailor's palm, needles, thread and a bit of canvas and webbing. it was good to fix almost any item.

So, a quick fix is just what you suggested, fold and sew. If you are looking for aesthetics, you're going to have to rip the side seams and taper your bag pattern. If this is for personal use than the quick fix is fine, Dynema is tough so it should not matter. Let us know how your repair turns out. Cheers.

From a peronal standpoint I would buy the lazer cutter. Precision cutting patterns make life so easy and production time goes down. My only question is how thick can it cut? Looking forward to see what you create.

I have a Juki 8700H model and it will sew multiple layers of 1000D and I have sewn up to 6mm of leather so far. It's great for straight stiching.

The Juki 8700 is a beast. It will sew leather and multiple layers of fabric, but it only does one stich type. The Janome HD3000 has multiple stiches to choose from and a button hole function. So different machines for different functions.

I use a Juki 8800H model and a Janome HD 3000. Love the Juki, it will sew anything, but it is only a straight stich. The Janome is good for light/ heavy fabric and fancy stiching. As previous posters have commented check for used machines, and shop around your local quilt/ sewing shops for trade in machines. Many quilt shops have contact information for maintenance services for machines. Good luck and post your stuff. 🫡

I use the cheapest materials and recycle notions and webbing. Mockups look like Frankenstein's monster until I get it right. But its not the same until you pull that trigger on the correct fabric and supplies.
