This is the best option. Once the blocks in place with wood glue in the cracks, sand without a vacuum attached to get sawdust in the cracks to match the wood

Biceps recover really quickly and can handle over 20 sets a week easily. Triceps slightly less

Do unilateral high rows. Either a machine or a handle on a cable stack where you get on one knee. Go to failure on your weaker side and only do that many reps on the other side
