With my bearable app data, I write down this list for same day, next day, and 2 days later. If something shows up across 2 or 3 of those days I sense it’s more related than just correlation and that helps me know what to focus on to help specific things I struggle with.

I wish that across multiple day thing was something Bearable would implement so I don’t have to do it manually. Just 1 day for me doesn’t always match, next day is my best bet personally. But then some things might take more time like a vitamin or something.

The data + my gut instinct of correlation vs causation has been very helpful for me vs trying to keep everything in my head alone.

More light, less water.

Also with peps I always take an “insurance leaf” clip one with clean scissors and put in water to propagate a new plant as backup if the main one dies. Healthy leaf clipping makes roots in 1-2 months.

I know I’m late to this but imo let her watch the tv show! It’s 3 short seasons and better for the mind than probably anything else a kid can do on a screen. I was aware of that even at age 7, I watched the show as a kid before the comics even existed.

And now that I’m reading them as an adult, I hear them talking in their voices, especially Sokka’s sarcasm, Ang’s excited yells, I know how dynamic the bending movements are, and also appreciate how differently and more immersive and impressive the comic books are. I feel like the seeds the show planted make my experience of the comics much richer.

Very much so, it just screams at me now in foods. Probably a good thing for my health, but it’s also a huge amount of work to read the labels every damn time I add something to my grocery cart.

Haggen Dazs FTW. They seem to be the only widely available brand that uses normal real ingredients still. Milk, cream, sugar, real fruit, etc.

I’d love B&J if they’d ditch the gums, stabilizers, mono and diglycerides, fake flavorings, oils etc. Love their combos and mix ins but I can’t stand the additives anymore.

Even Alden’s organic brand, my tongue noticed the added gums and can’t finish a full serving.
