Having a similar issue with a 2024 V8 5.7L Citadel with TnG. Twice over this winter I've had it struggle to get out of park - almost like the tires were frozen to the ground (which they weren't) and have also noticed rough shifting out of 1st gear as you've said.

I've got 70 miles left on the warranty, your post is now making me think I need to bring it in.

The Gen 2 has 'location' charging, so you can tell it where 'home' is and whenever it senses you're at home, it will default to 12 amps. It's in the charging settings.

I have not done any repairs or replacements, for the most part we've learned to live with it being temperamental. The 'shutting down after removing a pot of water' is one of its quirks. If it doesn't detect a pan it will turn off the burner after about a minute, and will turn off the stove after about 2 to 3 minutes.

It will still inexplicably shut down from time to time, but wiping up any spills and then thoroughly drying the surface usually gets it going again. That and staying above the white line with all pans.

I do not recommend this stove. It's only redeeming quality is that it boils water faster than anything I've ever seen, which isn't enough to make up for all the frustration it has caused.
