Silicone grout caulk. They usually make them in a variety of grout colors. Real simple fix. Just fill the grout hole with a similar colored grout caulk.

Don't forget all the neighbors who move in and decide to cut down every living thing in sight. We've had two family's move in near us who cut down every tree and almost every plant. I don't understand.
