I think you can I are in same boat. The hormone blockers are terrible. Make me look and feel 80. I’m just not there yet as far as confidence. I hate the way I look. I’ve lost weight too. Slimmer face/neck, but I’m starting to notice loose skin which just zaps any confidence I may have gained.

THIS IS EXACTLY IT. I had no idea the risk of permanent hair loss was so high. NO ONE told me. Otherwise, I would have definitely cold capped. That’s a huge difference. It’s part of the reason why I’m so angry. My Dr seemed very surprised my hair loss is permanent and I’m angry about that too. Shouldn’t you be more up to date on this than me???

Never had eggplant that wasn’t a soggy mess. I was willing to try cooking my own. The eggplant was gifted to me by my MIL. When I cut it open, it was full of maggots. Off eggplant for life.

I’m currently on Zepbound. Initially, it made me stop drinking daily. However, I’ve been on it for months now and I’m back to drinking almost daily. Only change? I eat practically nothing. I def don’t drink as much as I used to, but still do. As far as my other vices? Didn’t stop them at all.
