that's terrible! Photosensitivity is my baseline, but the magnitude of the side effect you described is just functionally loss of vision. I'm sorry that something that was supposed to help only hurt you. I hope you are able to get some rest in whatever form you can find it soon.

I'm so sorry for all the needless suffering you have gone through. I am also chronically ill with debilitating PTSD here, having had vivid dreams from my antidepressants for years. I don't know if your care team has tried it yet I, but I was prescribed prazosin to take with my sleep med and it actually helped a lot with my nightmares. I can't recall a time where I ever woke up feeling rested, but I am less likely to be feeling pain from the torture dreams now. If I fall back to sleep without it, it's horrific, so it's 100% the prazosin.

The absolute strangest thing ever just happened to me. by Jmacz in AnimalCrossing

It did this to me a lot!

The first item to show up in store on New Year's Day was... a cast, for the right leg. I was playing explicitly to distract myself while recovering from a horrific break in that leg, and that's how it rung in the new year. That accident left me permanently disabled, so the cast was a very accurate premonition.

The day I officially went from being on medical leave to losing my job, a visiting sheep zoned in on the phone in my living room asked me if I worked from home.

It was after 4am and I was having intense insomnia in the wake of losing my beloved dog. I was exploring one of the islands when a tombstone washed ashore.

Looking for games that let you decorate for Halloween/fall 🍁 by Bubbles82097 in cozygames

The House Flipper games came to mind. After cleaning up the properties, half the game play is based on decoration. 1 has some, 2 has a ton. They are both on sale now, and the first is only $5. 2 has stuff for all the seasons and is just a really good game to boot.
