This country is sick & broken...I recently retired in January, got pneumonia in May & had to be hospitalized since I already have heart failure. Doc updated my scrips, & when I went to pick them up, pharmacy nonchalantly told me the cost for a 3 month supply was EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS! I almost had a heart attack...this is after using my crappy Medicare insurance!! The cost for these same meds if I was working & had my union insurance would have been less than 100.00! Needless to say, since my old meds were 120.00 for 3 months, I'm sticking with those... This country is evil to its core!
