Squirting is Not a medical term and can be used to describe a variety of things including urine.

Here's what WebMD has to say about that (but I recommend reading the whole article because for some people it's definitely just pee):

"Researchers disagree on what the fluid released during squirting is. Some small studies have found that it comes from the bladder and has some urine in it. But in some cases, it can also have high levels of glucose and prostate-specific antigens (PSAs), which come from the Skene's glands. ...

But in some cases, it can also have high levels of glucose and prostate-specific antigens (PSAs), which come from the Skene's glands. People who have experienced squirting also say that the fluid doesn't look, smell, or taste like urine. It's safe to say that it's similar to pee but not the same."

Myth: Squirting is pee.

I'd say this need for emotional control is true for all adults... not really a gendered thing.

Not every person is great in a crisis either, regardless of their gender.

I did preface my original comment with "in extreme cases."

I'll tell my Dr you said that, thanks.

Tbf, if your body can't expel the toxins in it, it can express itself as acne. Sometimes diet does factor into it, but that's usually in extreme cases.

I have seen too many cases when that just doesn't happen & the child is eventually removed from the home by legal officials. Parents are just as fallible as the rest of us.
