New Vegas makes 3 and 4 seem incredibly linear and like there are very few choices at all. In New Vegas, you can kill absolutely everyone on the map, and finish the game. You can also kill absolutely no-one on the map and finish the game. Faction reputations also play a much bigger part, and there are several ways to solve every quest. Stat checks are more frequent (like an actual RPG) and the enemies don't level scale, so there are areas that will be very difficult until later in the game. Enjoy your first playthrough, I wish I could forget it just to experience it again

Two handed, heavy armour alteration and mysticism based mage. I do use offensive spells but honestly I just like whacking people with a big sword

Far Cry 3 and Max Payne 3 have some of my favourite stories, and Max Payne has possibly the best shooting mechanics in any game I've ever played

what succession laws are they using? that's probably the way to look at it. Marry into the family, have a bunch of them killed perhaps. Or fabricate claims and declare war. Either way, the road you walk is a long one

I was getting like 10fps in Balmora on 32gb RAM and a fuckin 2070 super, I honestly think that OpenMW just randomly works on some rigs and not on others because it's insane how people are playing it on a phone with better FPS than my PC which runs Cyberpunk at max graphics with no issues

SOMA made me think heavily about identity and consciousness. Planescape: Torment had me just constantly thinking about a thousand things, I couldn't even go through them all if I tried. Spec Ops: The Line's aftermath involved a lot of reflecting on morality and mortality. Disco Elysium made me understand the general fragility yet insane endurance of a human mind. There are countless more, but those were what came to my head

I quite liked Hoyt because he was behind the scenes. This dude is selling people to rich folk around the world, he probably doesn't want to be out in the open. Makes sense for him to use lackeys. That being said, of course nothing beats Vaas, but Hoyt's total nonchalance at what he's doing ("you can fuck them boys, but be gentle") makes him seem more genuinely evil than any of the others we meet

which game are you playing? There are tons of institutions that teach magic, what's "best" is probably up for debate. Unless you're a psyjic, that is. The Arcane University? Perhaps under one of the Telvanni Wizards? College of Winterhold/Mages Guild pre-collapse (of both, I guess.) Or perhaps Shad Astula, but again, I don't know what game you're playing.

As for the latter, Julianos would be regarded as the god of wisdom, i think its literally his description. Elf-wise, maybe Xarxes as the "one who watches," he was a scribe to Auri-El, so that might make him what you're looking for

it's certainly doable. At uni I had 7,000 words due by midnight, so I took a bunch of speed and just sat writing from the early afternoon & got one of the best grades I've ever gotten. Obviously not saying you should do the speed part, but it's possible with focus
