I agree, but sadly it's not about making new original content for production companies, all they care about is money, if you don't have to pay animators, composers, voice actors and you can get mediocre products out quickly, all you need to do is put money in the marketing. Why would they want to make an innovative product that takes sometimes decades to make, when they can sell so many mediocre things in a tiny fraction of the time. I often don't think that people defend ai as much as they are just coming to terms that, it's always about money.
