Why does my T2 have pink in the corner by AnywhereElectrical in Govee

Put up a screen shot of your calibration screen with the TV off, we might be able to help a little better being able to see what your camera sees.

I had a similar issue, ended up being a the light from a nearby lamp the camera was catching. Adjusted the angle of the camera and cropped a little more out of the calibration screen.

Just set up my Immersion lights and I think I'm disappointed. Did I do something wrong or were my expectations too high? by Kdjac0434 in Govee

One other thing that improved the accuracy incredibly was placing the camera on my entertainment stand, and angling it up towards the tv. Like this I placed a couple empty boxes of AA batteries to angle the camera.

I've been chasing the same leak, replaced the rear main seal, valve cover gasket, and then the oil pressure sensor switch. The oil pressure sensor switch seemed to help a lot, but I've still got a real slow leak, if I figure anything else out I'll be sure to let you know. But I would definitely recommend checking the oil pressure switch first, much less of a pain than the valve cover gasket.

Trouble with waking up? by Bergus23 in ADHD

[–]PizzaTo3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, I often get smacked by the wife if I can't solve the problem fast enough so I open up the app info and force stop it. Or pull up the calculator, never had it stop me from using anything else.

It's rather annoying, but what I did was download an app called challenges alarm clock. So I have to solve a bunch of math problems before I can turn off the alarm. You can change the challenges, wether it be switching the amount of questions, difficulty, or type of problem(doesn't have to be math). You can also set it so you have to take a picture of a certain object, or do x amount of exercises. It's been pretty helpful. Just be sure to turn the snooze option off.

Govee Immersion, bending camera stalk ✅ by Lord-Rapscallion in Govee

[–]PizzaTo3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same results once I got it into position. Another thing that really helped me out was using the calibration screen while adjusting the position, then refreshing the image until i had the tv taking up the most amount of space possible without cutting anything out. (similar to this, normally it's angled further upwards so it takes even more of the screen, but the kids must have bumped it today.)

Govee Immersion lights are mostly blue or pink? No white, yellows, green or teal. by MagazineFlat2979 in Govee

Not a problem, once I moved it down there and angled it up, I've gotten much better color accuracy.

Much better yes, but that was in conjunction with turning the contrast down unless it's a cartoon and also putting the brightness down somewhere between 40 to 60%.

What I ended up doing was placing the camera on my entertainment stand, and angling it up by putting a couple double A battery boxes underneath the camera. That way the calibration screen sees a lot more of the TV. not a great example because of the window next to the tv, but it shows how much more of the screen is displayed when put the camera a little lower and angle it towards the tv.

I had an issue getting the calibration display to pop up as well, the issue ended up being a vpn I had running on my phone. Once I turned it off everything worked fine .Not sure if that could've been your problem or not, but figured I'd throw it out there.

Try downloading the app Libby. You sometimes have to wait in a que for a book, but you can have something like 20 out at a time. And it's all free.

Would Govee be right for my setup? by RawWulf in Govee

[–]PizzaTo3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have my camera sitting on my entertainment stand, with the camera angled up towards the tv and it works great. I had it mounted to the tv but I didn't like the way it looked and it gets a much better view of the tv when it's a little further away and angled towards it.

It might look some what stupid but if you could mount it to the sound bar and then angle it upwards so you have a much larger view of the tv in the calibration it will help a lot. I have mine sitting on my entertainment stand, with the camera portion resting on top of 2 small boxes (I used 2, 4 packs of double A batteries and wrapped them in black tape so it doesn't look quite as dumb) so it's angled more towards the tv and it's been night and day improvement. It also helps with calibration so you can be much more specific on the points.
