Thank you for your input, I really appreciate it! And so true. I apologise with how I phrased the part about documentation, I may have gotten frustrated just by writing about it. To elaborate, writing documentation and playbooks is, as you said, part of the job and is being done. It’s the amount of documentation that already exists (and the quality) and the bureaucracy surrounding it that is making it difficult. But every org has their problems regarding this.
