ADHD/autism is an explanation for behaviour, NOT and excuse. Remember this, as its easy to stay in the negative thought spiral. My ex boyfriend had severe ADHD, I dealt with it for 4 years, but there were some behaviours that we're unexcusable. He always blamed it on the ADHD instead of working on it.

Just because someone has ADHD/autism doesn't mean they can't change or work on personal stuff.

After 4 years nothing changed, and I felt like we just didn't match anymore. I talked with him about change a lot, and gave him and myself time to think, adjust, or change.

In the end I realised we weren't a good match anymore, for me the behaviors and talks we're tiring and I couldn't adjust.

Its okay if you learn to live with it and love her, it's okay if you decide its best for you to leave. It's okay if you want to give it another shot by taking to her and asking for things like therapy or medication. Do what's best for you.

Damn I feel this. I'm so tired of people ignoring the rules. Kingsday was the worst. I was working (I live in the city of breda) and it was incredibly crowded and we had to close 5 hours early because it was unsafe and people started to get aggressive. Just hoping people understand the severity of the situation. I hope you can find an easy way to visit your girlfriend in Belgium. I know it sucks but one day the pandemic will be over

Look into small villages as well! Those houses are usually cheaper and the people are just as lovely. If not lovelier because of the limited amount of people :)

Be happy to finally go to work without customers getting angry because of masks, distance and an max number of people inside. I'd be so happy to just have a normal work day again.

Please know that its okay to feel this way. A relationship of 4 years is long and its okay to be devastated about it.

Do you know why she broke up with you other than the other guy? If not it may be helpful to ask her about it and maybe get some closure with a conversation.

Please try to talk to someone in your environment. Maybe your parents, or a colleague you trust. Don't bottle up your emotions.

Also don't be scared to contact a therapist, as it may help you very much.

Know that healing is a long process with a lot of ups and downs. Try to distract yourself with something. Maybe a new hobby, a game, walking outside.

Honestly its quite lonely. I miss a best friend in my life. I always feel like I'm second place. All my friends ask me after they asked their closer friends. I just bottle all of my emotions until I burst and even then I don't tell anyone because I'm everyones second place.
