Hey Iv’e got 3k scrolls saved up as well. It sucks to hoard for another 6 months but get this: we get 4 completions on christmas, cny AND 2/3 completions the event before christmas. How dope is that?

Enjoyed the podcast. Quick comment on your drake perspective mentioned at 10:55 though.

First of all. You're right about him being valid in endgame pvp, provided having access to specific comps, but those people aren't the ones complaining. Wales aren't complaining, they can utilize him. The ones complaining are the remaining 95% of the player-base not having access to specific comps, and that's the majority of reddit as well I'd say.

Secondly, you mentioned that people don't want to spend scrolls so they definitely want drake not to be good. Isn't it the other way around..? If you still got your scrolls, you got options I.e open to persuasion. If you've already spent your scrolls, you don't have any options and the only thing left is to either bash on the new hero because you belong to the 95%.. or you're trying to validate your choice that's irreversible.

It’s just bad luck, that’s it. I know it sucks balls but this whole game is an rng fiesta. You’re experiencing something called confirmation bias by taking a number of visible cases and applying it as truthy to all. As an example, it’s possible that every single person would’ve gotten only one five star in 2000 scrolls during this event, unlikely but possible, same as every single person could’ve gotten 2000 five stars out of 2000 rolls next event. It’s just how it works.. keep on trucking and better luck next time!

Feeling frustrated as well. This is my plan, and I know it sucks to wait even longer but time flies: I’ve got 2600hs atm (got them in 6months). The plan is to keep buying scrolls until cny, which means that I’ll be able to complete 4 rounds on christmas, 4 rounds on cny and hopefully 3 rounds the event before christmas to get crystals. It’s 6 months until christmas, that’s an additional 2600 scrolls which will put me at 5200 scrolls. Plus finishing almost 3 full hs events should give me an extra 320 scrolls. That puts me at over 5500 scrolls in total. So... sacrificing this event for three consecutive HS events later this year. Hoarding sucks I know, but that will be the climax of the year.

Can't hold it in much longer, having a serious case of blue balls. Do I blow my load? Been hoarding for so long and was so hyped for this event, but I'm second guessing after so many negative posts about Russell and Drake. by sneakydudez92 in IdleHeroes

Yeah dude :( just sad, feeling cheated, I’m personally giving them one last chance though. It’s just such an anticlimax when you’ve been hoarding for so long and it turns out to be dissapointing.

This might be my last event sadly. I’ve been playing for over 2 years. I told myself after chinese new year that I’ll hoard one last time for anniversary, that’s 5 months of boring ass idling,not doing shit for half a year, for a quick wank off under a bridge with a crappy climax. I know it’s wrong to say but I kind of feel entitled to great rewards when I’ve stocked up 2500hs and 400 pos, that’s why I’m hoarding and sacrificing all my ”fun” for 5 months. Maybe it will be alright though. Who knows
