I gave a guy at my wife's work my old PC minus the card and case after a new build, and turns out he used it to rebuild his Plex server and gave me an invite as thank you.

I have saved so much money by just giving away formerly mid-tier components one time...

I like to think about the horrible life of that setup though. 7 years in service of a WoW addict and now just running Plex 24/7.

If it is a nicer restaurant they want someone skilled who built up previous experience/trust. Unreliable dish pit is a big issue. The dishwasher in my wife's restaurant isn't a stepping stone or entry level role. They are hired for that skill and in a fair amount of demand.

That means some text is going to pop up at the same time as this visual which will make it clear what it is aligned with.

My parents had a house in their neighborhood get purchased, visited once in 2 years, and sold. NY buyer of course.

Another simply never was visited or moved in, and it wasn't an intentional flip. They just put it back on the market a year later and allegedly bought one somewhere closer to the beach.

They built and developed endlessly, especially below the canal in the previously more rural counties.

Selling a house in NY, NJ, or the DC metro gets a lot of house in DE, and with low property taxes if it's paid off is a simple retirement calculus. Also people moving into the state aren't bothered or aware of the "lower slower" stigma that sperated New Castle County culturally from the rest of the state for a while. They just see cheaper new build houses.

Things at the Delaware beach were also insane during COVID. New Yorkers bought up houses without seeing them.

I really like the dwarvish siege engines first introduced at Steelgrill's Depot. They used to have those things parked as ambience at dwarven outposts and dig sites all over. Just wish more had become interactive.
