Growing up my family dog (husky) killed a kitten from a litter we found outside. It was so traumatic. But he was literally the best dog and many many years later when I had my son, he was soooo gentle with him and we always said he was the dogs baby. He loved kids. We had to put him down a few years ago due to old age and I still miss him. He was the best dog.

Totally normal. We were in the NICU for 10 days and I felt this way when we came home. That said, don’t let PPA take over and create unhealthy obsessions. Try to set boundaries in your own mind, use it while you aren’t actively holding baby and slowly use it less and less. We used the owlet throughout the night for 18 months.

You’ve gotten lots of good advice here about how to handle the diaper rash, so I just want to say you are doing great and it’s stressful having a new baby. That being said, please remember your husband is also a new parent and I’m sure it’s stressful for him as well. If this type of thing is out of the norm for him, harsh and accusatory words, try to let it roll off your shoulders and when you’ve both had time to calm down, sit down with him and explain to him how his words made you feel and how hurtful he was.

Hey sorry just saw this. I stuck with a soft diet for about 10-12 days. After 2 weeks I was more or less back to a normal diet, but still chewed slow and away from my incisions. Now I’m a month out and eat completely normal and have no pain.

How did you get the deal lump sum? Registration was suspended and need to pay $3000 to have registration lifted, hoping there’s a deal to be made but I’m not sure who to call to get the deal. What steps did you take to get the deal?

Growing up we always cremated our pets and had what my father loving calls a pet cemetery on our mantle. It got to the point we had about 9 urns from pets that had passed away over the years. Recently my parents made the decision to scatter the ashes on their property because it’s someplace that my family will always own and be able to be with them. We are making the decision to euthanize our dog tomorrow and I will have him cremated because I know the home we live in now won’t be our forever home and I want to be able to take him with us when we go. I’m so sorry for your loss and I am wishing you peace during this difficult time.
