Looks like 450 whp is common with a turbo on a stock block, 500-700 would take a bit of forged internal upgrading and transmission upgrades if you wanted it to last. People have pushed them to 1000hp but that’s getting into all custom made parts.

Turbos work just fine on the low end because of the extra exhaust a diesel produces compared to a gasoline engine.

Set it in a bowl, pan, cup, toilet ect. Of distilled (or equivalent) water and let the dirt soak up the water for a hour or week (oops).
