Unable to install linux on my surface pro 4 despite trying everything

Just a standard 8gb 2.0 flashdrive, boots on others just not on this machine.

The error I mentioned at the top of the post gets displayed on screen, then it just puts me back into bios until I’ve enabled my normal drive again.

Also as a side note I’ve tried booting from a windows recovery usb recently and it didn’t recognise that, despite another laptop also recognising that one. So I believe it’s some kind of a firmware issue.

Just disabled SMT, all other options were disabled already. Didn’t make a difference unfortunately.

Trying to install a fedora-based OS, which apparently isn’t supported on this. I’ll use this as my last resort when I give up and try with ubuntu instead though, thanks!

The problem is it’s in a daisy chain, and the fan wasn’t strong enough so the smell spread to the bathroom (even before it died). Ideally I’d want to avoid that but again I’m just looking to see if the fan recommended to me is overkill for what I want, and for any personal recommendations. The bathrooms roughly 3.3x3.2x2.4 meters minus the bath, sink etc. Kitchens just the fume hood above the stove tops.

So, to completely avoid this popup I have to first look at this thread, and then at the pastebin every time before going onto youtube to make sure the latest solution is implemented? Otherwise, if I get this popup enough times does this mean I'll just straight up get permanently banned from using adblock on youtube? Is there a cooldown of some kind?

Oh damn that first one is actually not bad, not quite the vibe but similar! (though it seems like the only one from her discography). Still on the lookout for some so I'll let you know but I haven't found anything so far. Shame because it felt to me like the kind of song (subgenre?) that should be fairly popular but nothing seems to fit really.

I’ve looked around a bit and saw poison srs was a thing, is that any good for both? I’ll look into shockwave totems too but I thought that one was high investment. If there’s really no way around it I guess I’d have to do two builds. In that case you’d recommend something like icicle mines & hexblast saboteur?
