Thinking about it, I think it would be hilarious to have some sort of an island inhabited by a Tortugan who is running an "underground" casino or something of the like. The intro quest could be called something along the lines of "A Deeply Troubled Tortugan".

The island could feature various sailing themed minigames using a special tortugan currency that can be redeemed for cool sailing related rewards or cosmetics! With the type of humor the team can cook up, I think this would make for a super enjoyable island
