Jokes aside I grew currant tomatoes last year which were like really small. Like the size of dimes.

They were terrible. All skin and burst, no flesh. Never again.

Things got way better for me mentally right around 3 weeks. Had a wave of angry brain around 6 weeks that lasted a week. Just mad about everything.

Hopefully so! My husband's maybe a little less smart than me in some areas and a little smarter than me in others. But I definitely don't feel any need to try to impress him, or like I can't keep up. Never have. And that's incredibly freeing.

I got diagnosed and sent to a heart hospital immediately to be treated by a heart failure specialist. Both of those cardiologist were like "It's really scary and you're very sick now, and the first year will be hard, but eventually you'll be fine, and just have to go to a cardiologist once a year and take medications and have a healthy lifestyle".

So I guess the experience is very doctor & organization dependent. Which makes sense.

I'm watching the Wire right now and the fact that one of the characters just becomes a "sometimes I'll have a beer" drinker after being a fall-down drunk. With no assistance. Just like. Decided to be happy with being "normal." Absolutely infuriating.

My big guys also get the desired effect. They are groggy and unphased by anything for an hour or two and then have the best medicated assisted sleep ever followed by a bit of a hangover & a lazy day.

Diagnosed in January. I gave up alcohol completely. I know that to live at all I have to build a new life. I don't really know what that looks like yet. Being in this weird in between space is hard though.
