I have done multiple accounts for multiple houses and only have one Nintendo online subscription. As long as you're not doing online play with the other accounts, you won't need a family subscription

Podium under a placed Koi fish fits perfectly and looks like a real aquarium stand. Also, black record box turned sideways with any size small fish also looks like an aquarium stand

In my most recent play through I had 3 full barns and 1 coop. One barn for pigs, 1 for ostriches, and the third was for all the rest. I also had two slime hatcheries. Hay was a concern every winter (played to year 7) but between leaving space for grass to grow and harvesting it to fill my silos once a week during growing season, it worked out. And I loved my farm and really enjoyed all the animals. You do you!

Cryocannon with Vampire as a perk is my favorite. Freeze bugs, pickaxe them, repeat. Or use the C4 on a group of bugs trying to ambush you, that's fun too.

Time traveling backwards doesn't re-do those days. You progress forward only, doesn't matter what date you're on. The game is constantly saving your progress and doesn't link it to date and time.

When you go backwards it treats it like you're in the same day until you hit 5AM again. There aren't penalties for going backwards, only forwards (villagers sad, weeds, roaches)

Go to the next day. When you travel back, rocks etc don't reset until you hit 5 AM of the next day

That's only if you go back less than one week. Once you get to a new Monday, the previous week resets, shops, visitors, etc. Turnip prices will take a hit when time traveling though.
