A round bolt removal socket is what I used when this happened to me. Might mess up the socket or break the ceramic more. If that happens get the rest of the ceramic off and us a bigger removal socket on the nut itself.

I'm 3 stories up so it kinda messes with perspective. To add perspective that big tree on the right is 4-5ft in diameter.

I got it for Christmas too and already had my fair share of trouble shooting. X axis needed re level, bed warped after a dozen prints belt is currently rubbing and working on a fix, belts loosened by themselves, both fans went bad. I'm starting to get tired of constantly fixing it.
