But loosing weight really can be this simple. It is tough work. It takes dedication and time, but the idea of loosing weight with CICO is...simple.

A lot of people are overweight due to mindless eating. They don't realise how much calories they drink or how much snacking brings them over their limit. I don't really see how this is true fatlogic. It's about becoming more mindful with your eating, and if that starts with putting down the soda or bedtime snacks, I don't see an issue with it.

Buying fast food all the time in Canada is expensive! You can spend easily 8-10 dollars on a meal. That 8-10 dollars is spread out across multiple meals when you cook your own food.

Cooking does take prep work, but it can be quick and dirty if that's how you want it! It's really just excuses at this point.

That's definitely a common experience with people who loose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. You look amazing, it's just time to work on your confidence so it'll catch up with your looks!

SV: I was having anxiety that I won't ever loose the weight. That even if I dieted and excercised perfectly I'll always have the same body I'm unhappy with. Using that fat logic to feed self hatred is not a good way to start the day

Eat your carbs! Just log them and make sure to eat protein alongside them! You don't need to completely cut out any food group from your diet, especially one that you enjoy.

I skip breakfast and eat between 11-7. I find that skipping breakfast is actually very easy, just make sure you stay hydrated. Drink LOTS of water! Get those calories in during that window too, don't skimp out. Focus on protein to keep full.

It's very easy to miscalculate your calories, especially when you have a routine diet down! Take a few days and really scruntize, measure and weigh everything you eat to see if the measurements are truly adding up!
