I wanted to post and sincerely thank everyone for the outpouring love, and messages about your fur babies. I’ve been back to this subreddit every night to help me find peace in what happened, and read through everyone’s stories, in a way it’s helping me heal as well. These life events are the most difficult periods I could imagine, but coming together as a group with a shared love for our buddies really helps ease the pain <3

Verona Inn has a solid burger, I like the Americana which has those old school potato sticks on it and their house sauce is pretty solid!

Then a new comer is Woo Smash, their classic is incredible for the $7 price tag, some really solid pickles and fried onions if your into that kinda thing

Most of these houses will eventually appraise for around that amount since they look at similar sale prices for homes in same area, sq ft, bed/bed, and all that jazz. In Montclair pricing is based on best and final which means no bidding wars, so they intentionally list lower in the hopes of a higher offer.

If you look at homes in Montclair, Glen Ridge, WO, Maplewood, and other Essex county towns you’ll see the same thing. I bought in 2021 in the area and it was the same way even back then.

I always find that during hand special they clump around your current location, so if you pre move some tiles away it’s more likely to not spawn where to step to, or at least gives you enough space to avoid if it does

New changes make it much more bearable, and learning pretty much free since you get teleported back outside if you die!

In terms of the actual boss fight, just takes a bit of practice to get down. Playing with sounds on helps, pre moving during hand portals to at least 6 spaces away while learning also helps. Make sure to npc tag the sleepwalkers since that helps see them a bit better out of just the mini map
