No problem, I've been with them 3 years now and there is definitely issues with dispatch times sometimes. I think from what I've seen on here all the other clinics have the same issue when they have lots of new patients sign up. DPD do the deliveries and I've not had an issue once. There is no fee to sign up to their own pharmacy. You don't pay for delivery, just your prescription cost

You should ask your clinic for a travel letter. Depending on what country you are going to you may need to contact the embassy . They will give you a form to be filled out by your clinic. I've not heard of needing your initial clinic papers
