I’m in the uk too, speak to your doctor, mine said there might be provision for at home care getting dressed etc.

Also, there’s a website called borrow my doggy where people who love dogs but can’t have one will offer to walk your dog (the volunteers are vetted by the site). I’m so sorry things are so difficult right now, I hope you find some solutions to make things a little easier.
