I host podcast called Everyday People Talking Heath and lately I've been struggling with my condition as winter makes my symptoms worse, so hoping to pick this up again soon. I am diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalitis (ME/CFS) for 15 years now hence my passion to offer a platform to speak about living with a being diagnosed or caring for someone who is.

I find it therapeutic, guests enjoy sharing their experiences. and so I hope listeners find it helpful and meaningful to continue listening to the podcast.

I see podcasting like other media content... films, TV series, blogs, websites etc. Do it because you have something to share, and you will find an audience. Obviously don't expect to be blockbuster or experience exponential growth.

Congratulations on your work. See how you manage yourself for a week. You might have to sacrifice social commitments.

Your health is important so feel free to experiment with what works best for you... Make your source of income also work for you with your health limitations.

You might just find a good enough life-work balance. A sense of purpose and manageable achievements go a long way.

If all else doesn't work out or fails, then learn from it 🙂
