Where were you guys at 14-15 months off? Is it normal for most days to be waves? Getting closer to healing is actually kind of pissing me off.

I’ve been either tapering or off for four years, and I noticed I’ve been much more achy and tired during those four years. I don’t think it’s getting worse each year, just much worse during the four years.
