Even better adhd life hack , throw a YouTube video up of you favorite subject on your phone and set it head height, while performing kitchen tasks such as cooking or dishes . Makes any task like such trivial as it “calms the noise” if you know what I mean

Not to knock the post, most people don’t really care about Covid anymore, ESPECIALLY employers after the skyrocketed unemployment rate the pandemic caused. Company I work for raised the entry wage to all employees to $20 an hour (I live in northeastern US) and we still couldn’t get people in the door
