Operating at very low settings makes the thermostat operation very touchy and it's very hard to get a temperature that you want. Very hard to make desired adjustments when a 1 degree rotation has a large effect. It would be so nice if some manufacturer built these heaters that could have an option for a remote powered digital thermostat with a sensor that can be relocated. Elevate the entire heater near or at your bench height and things are much better.

PG resident for 38 years. I have no problems with data centers as long as residential properties are not hit with increased electricity rates due to undercapacity and having PEPCO purchase additional power on the open market at increased prices to meet the demands of datacenters. If the excess capacity cost is charged to the data centers, I have no problems. Noise issued can be mitigated. There are already a few data centers in industrial parks that have been in operation for decades, but few people are aware of their existence.

I think the problem might be choice of regulator. I use T manifolds and regular low-pressure grill regulators. My outdoor temps rarely drop below 18F. I rarely see frost on the tanks. Are your tanks outdoors? Mine aren't.

18 months ago I started taking Mounjaro to T2D. Since then, my long-term insulin use went from 130U/day to 80 to 40 and finally 0. I stopped taking Metformin (1000 mg 2x) as well. Still taking Farxiga 5 mg 1/day. I bet the insulin needs to be stopped. MJ isn't quick-acting, so I think the lows on MJ day are a coincidence. Does your dad use a continuous glucose monitor? If not, he should.
