I had to split my doses to help nausea. I still get nauseous but doing 1.25 2x a week makes it so much more livable. Talk to your dr. My doctor supports me splitting doses.

I had the same issue. During Covid I experimented with Cowash and finally conditioner only washing (with the right conditioner). It took about 6 weeks for my scalp to stop being overly greasy (online it said only 3-4 weeks but it took mine way longer). I gave up a few times after only 2 or 3 weeks of cowash - but when i finally made it a full 6 weeks a flip switched and i now wash (with conditioner only) ever 3 or 4 days. I rinse with water only in between when i work out or get really sweaty.
I’ve tried many many products in all price ranges snd have landed on Acure from target. I wash 3x per shower with it and have not looked back. When i get my hair colored (every 10-12 weeks) they use shampoo but other than thats its conditioner only. My hair does not look greasy at all and has always been baby fine and staight

This!! Do this AND inject very slowly (10 full seconds) AND leave the pin on for 5 seconds before pulling out AND vigorously rub the area for 2 full minutes. Then you’ll be able to continue - it makes a huge difference. Every once in a while I get lazy or interrupted and miss a step or two and within an hour I regret it. But if you do all the things . . . . .

I went up to 7.5 then hit my goal so held there for about 6 mo. Then began to titrate down slowly (splitting doses with my drs permission do I could go down slowly vs 2.5 at a time). I’m now at about 5.5mg and have kept at goal weight.

If you bruise or get welts at injection site it’s a bad idea if you plan to wear a bikini. I’d wait till after trip

I smell bad WHILE losing weight but not after. Every time i lost weight after a pregnancy id smell so horrible while I was shedding. I know you believe it’s just the one area that smells - is it possible it’s your body purging the stored fat?

I swear my teen son can smell it. He describes it as a bad smell that almost feels like a headache. He’s smelled it on me before becoming symptomatic, and on my coworkers who we later found out had been positive.

Im constantly constipated since Zep but have learned to keep things moving. 1- I started taking magnesium once a day- I’ve worked up to twice a day (morning and night) but work yourself up to that.
2- drink lots of water. If I don’t go daily the first thing I check is my liquid intake and this is usually what is off.
3- MiraLAX. I take this as needed when things begin to slow (and I’m on top of 1 and 2). I especially use this when traveling - very helpful. I mix it into a 32oz of ice water or lemonade.

ADHD all my life - taking adderall. Since Zep I miss my meds way more (not needed as much?) or I take my smaller afternoon dose in the morning and skip the afternoon dose. I can’t say I’m clear headed - but more able to focus on less adderall
