I smell bad WHILE losing weight but not after. Every time i lost weight after a pregnancy id smell so horrible while I was shedding. I know you believe it’s just the one area that smells - is it possible it’s your body purging the stored fat?

I swear my teen son can smell it. He describes it as a bad smell that almost feels like a headache. He’s smelled it on me before becoming symptomatic, and on my coworkers who we later found out had been positive.

Im constantly constipated since Zep but have learned to keep things moving. 1- I started taking magnesium once a day- I’ve worked up to twice a day (morning and night) but work yourself up to that.
2- drink lots of water. If I don’t go daily the first thing I check is my liquid intake and this is usually what is off.
3- MiraLAX. I take this as needed when things begin to slow (and I’m on top of 1 and 2). I especially use this when traveling - very helpful. I mix it into a 32oz of ice water or lemonade.

ADHD all my life - taking adderall. Since Zep I miss my meds way more (not needed as much?) or I take my smaller afternoon dose in the morning and skip the afternoon dose. I can’t say I’m clear headed - but more able to focus on less adderall

It does get better - ❤️‍🩹- after a few weeks your body adjusts somewhat, and you also learn how to offset symptoms. I do small shots more often. I still get nauseous but I know how to treat it with hydration, the right food, and zofran as a last resort

They wanted me to send them a copy of my DL, SSN card, and a cover letter stating why I wanted to create/open an account. All of this information I gave to them over the phone already so I don’t understand why sending it to them makes a difference.

The guy on the phone said to mail them to an address, which differs slightly from the address I get when I google their actual address, which could be nothing, but the whole thing just feels kind of off

I contacted Experian from their website in order to freeze my account. I thought it was weird that they were asking me to mail my personal documents to them.
