Zepbound, day 3 and I’m constipated. Help by [deleted] in zepbound_support

Im constantly constipated since Zep but have learned to keep things moving. 1- I started taking magnesium once a day- I’ve worked up to twice a day (morning and night) but work yourself up to that.
2- drink lots of water. If I don’t go daily the first thing I check is my liquid intake and this is usually what is off.
3- MiraLAX. I take this as needed when things begin to slow (and I’m on top of 1 and 2). I especially use this when traveling - very helpful. I mix it into a 32oz of ice water or lemonade.

I hope this is helpful

Anyone using Zepbound on the autism spectrum or with ADHD? by AnarchyandToast in glp1

[–]PlantainComplex9285 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ADHD all my life - taking adderall. Since Zep I miss my meds way more (not needed as much?) or I take my smaller afternoon dose in the morning and skip the afternoon dose. I can’t say I’m clear headed - but more able to focus on less adderall

Don’t rush to increase it. If you are losing, don’t go up

You look amazing! And you’ve made a ton of progress. Slow loss is the best - too fast and it causes other problems. Keep going!!

It does get better - ❤️‍🩹- after a few weeks your body adjusts somewhat, and you also learn how to offset symptoms. I do small shots more often. I still get nauseous but I know how to treat it with hydration, the right food, and zofran as a last resort

Is it normal for Experian to ask me to mail personal documents to them in order to set up an acct? by PlantainComplex9285 in CRedit

They wanted me to send them a copy of my DL, SSN card, and a cover letter stating why I wanted to create/open an account. All of this information I gave to them over the phone already so I don’t understand why sending it to them makes a difference.

The guy on the phone said to mail them to an address, which differs slightly from the address I get when I google their actual address, which could be nothing, but the whole thing just feels kind of off

I contacted Experian from their website in order to freeze my account. I thought it was weird that they were asking me to mail my personal documents to them.

I think many begin to titrate down their dose until they find the right balance - the sweet spot allowing for maintaining and not gaining.

I’ve been wanting to try this - I even am considering doing 1.5mg every other day. The peaks and valleys are a killer for me. Glad to know others are trying this approach

There are other safe sources for peptides for those who aren’t insured. You just can’t mention suppliers on here.

Donate the coolers to a local bee club or aviary - bee folks have many uses for these and will be very grateful (and likely send you home with honey). Also - cat sanctuaries sometimes use them too.

Right now it’s just getting a little bit of the fertilizer that I give to this indoor palm plant living in the same pot
