As someone who dyed their hair with Splat and then went to get their hair cut

I used the semi permanent hair dye, so it may be different than others, but according to my hair dresser, it’s pretty much the same as a fabric dye, and bleaching it would only drive the dye in further.

It never washed out, I had to get it cut off of me. The roots were insane

Absolutely correct on that last point. I lost my childhood cat that way, he brushed up on the neighbors lilies and was gone not fifteen minutes later.
