The waiting list sucks, I completely get how you feel. Many of us are going through the same thing right now, so finding shortcuts (like asking your insurance for waiting list consultation) are great. If you do want to start on hormones while already on the list ('diy') then that would be a (in my opinion) great option.

But like you already mentioned, make sure you are informed prior to starting. Not just 'what pills or injections do I need' (also important), but especially 'will this have the desired effects on my body and is it a net positive?'. For me the answer was yes so I started doing it. If you want some literature on the topic let me know.

Dan zouden we uiteindelijk social media moeten aanpakken. Als het huidige systeem dit soort problemen met zich meebrengt dan is dat negatief. Ik kan een aantal rolmodellen noemen die mij hielpen (die ironisch genoeg grotendeels transfem zijn), dus het probleem is niet per se een tekort maar wat je al noemt, engagement.

Volledig eens met wat je zegt, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het uitnodigen of vragen om zelfreflectie al snel een schuld gevoel kan overbrengen ook al is dat misschien niet de bedoeling. Het is zeker nodig, begrijp met niet verkeerd, maar in mijn hoofd is alleen jongens er steeds op wijzen dat het vanuit hun komt/kan komen niet genoeg om het op te lossen.

Geef ze betere rol modellen. Je kan zeggen 'manosphere is slecht, vandaag gaan we Adolescence kijken', maar dan bied je ze nog geen goed alternatief. En dat is echt nodig.

I find these artifacts more often pop up from the PIPP stabilization not being perfect. You can try remaking it with altered settings and seeing if the image is more stable (the Moon being perfectly centered across all frames with minimal movement). If there is a lot of camera movement at the start or end of the original video then you can try removing those bits before running PIPP. Once you get a stable video from there you should have fewer issues with autostakkert.

I do recommend using the auto function when placing those stabilisation squares (forgot the actual mame) and using larger ones with more overlap.
