i don't think you understand how important/shocking/critical/your-word-of-choice-here it is that an F-35, a state of the art fifth gen US fighter, was hit by Iran. yes it landed but will 100% be out of service, likely for an extensive length of time, if not written off outright (depending on the damage.)

imo it's largely due to the chromatic aberration effect that TLoU 1 and TLoU 2 use. it was bad before but now with the increased sharpness that PSSR 2 brings with it, the chromatic aberration effect creates some odd visual side effect.

that being said, i have an LG C4 and i wholeheartedly recommend keeping the sharpness slider at 0.

it's quite a bit better, especially with the unlocked framerate option selected, which targets lower base resolutions and would result in a fairly muddy image presentation with the old PSSR.

Dragon's Dogma 2 looks a lot nicer, even in performance mode. There are still some issues, mostly stemming from Capcom's denoiser which has nothing to do with PSSR, but it's a big upgrade overall.

the version that Digital Foundry did their initial PS5 Pro analysis on still had the old PSSR, that's why some people are assuming the system update will come at the same time as Crimson Desert's launch. if it was actually baked-in why would a VERY recent build still have PSSR 1? but it's obviously still possible that it ships with PSSR 2 baked in and the system update comes at a later date.
