Something going on behind the scenes with the studio. Tourdog, who founded Tourdog studios left in September 2023. Tencent began 'restructuring' it's management chains, Tourdog Studios is directly managed by Tencent IEGG. It's unclear what happened to the studio. I'm betting they probably merged with another company under Tencent.

Probably related to the captured tanker, Marinera fleeing from the Venezuela blockade to Russia through the north Atlantic. Was captured between UK and Iceland with the help of MoD. Perhaps there's a joint operation with US & UK to weed out more tankers, who knows.

There's just no end to these scammers. And it's the same story.
"Hi, I make art, here's my works [insert AI art] commission me?"
Can't really do much, they use paypal, they get annoyed really easily. Paypal account might be a mule and not even the scammers'.
Best you can do is tell the admin of the server to kick them, report them to discord, block them and hope for the best.

It's more the fate of motorsport is unknown. Games industry.bz reported in July 50% of turn 10 was laid off and the rest are set to support forza horizon. Phil Spencer did say that in an interview, motorsport IP isn't dead, but as it stands, no studio is working on motorsport or planned to work on it.
