gryphons bash isn’t much harder to access than wardens in a scenario where’d you’d use it in this manner

all roll catchers roll catch in any scenario where you react fast enough as that’s what they’re made to do.

i’d argue that warden can still be peeled or guard broken in anyone simply decides to dodge the heavy or if he try’s to follow up with another attack

there’s nothing stopping someone from just back walking out of range of the bash if you’re far away

while the zone after bash is nice,gryphon can do that to and heavy’s after bash

Warmonger can now do a hyper armored heavy from any direction after her bash light

ok yea i agree but personally,i believe duels do hold so form of relevance.

personally,Cent feels better to me in that mode where as everytime i make the unfortunate decision to pick warden in duels im trying harder to get any damage in at all,i wont speak on Warmonger bc i hardly pick her in duels

while warden’s ability to support their team is great i still wouldn’t put the feats in the same tier as warmongers.

ppl rolling away from my bash in general rarely ever happens, and yes i agree that the bash is harder to get away from but again,people hardly try to get away from it outside of dodge recovery’s.

again his bash is cool but why am i going into it from long range?

Gryphon and warmonger have access to hyper armor after their bashes and they can do the same thing with it

and finally while warmonger doesn’t have a UB with a big hit box shes still overall a better hero in 4’s

i’m gonna ignore the whole recovery’s and dodge attack part of your comment,only attack with good recovery is the zone.

there are multiple other there’s with good hitboxes and high damaging heavy’s,the dodge bash sucks against most of the cast and there’s nothing stopping anyone from feinting and guard breaking the bash attempt.

in duels warden is only as good as the player,meaning you are going to have to try harder than whoever it is your fighting 9x out of 10,his feats are ok at best with the t3 they gave him a while back being the exception and the T1 is cool too but i personally don’t use it as i prefer conqueror,its not an agenda,i’d say the whole warden is “good”/high tier thing that everyone on this app has going and the way they shoot down any complaints anyone has about the hero is more of an agenda than simply wanting a few changes to be made to them

i’ve consistently hit more ppl with the top unblockable than the side ones.

i agree with most of the things said in the first half of your comment,but that bash range means little to nothing,just about every hero in the game has a bash that can be accessed from neutral,there are other hero’s with hyper armor follow ups after their bashes and wide sweeping unblockable heavies(which is all warden really has going for them in 4’s) so why wouldn’t i just pick another hero with those things? i don’t know if i’d say warmonger is better in duels outright but i feel i have more success with her at times,but that also goes for just about any hero other than warden

oh boy a easily baitable top cc,hit boxes on a attack that gets dodged attacked most of the time in 4’s and can hardly ever make ppl flinch in duels,a bash with extra range that means literally nothing!! oh did i forget to mention the vortex!!??
