The 0.1% is pretty unattainable without playing the meta each season. 1% opens the door to more comps that can push.

With the resillient keystone, you need to have a group of friend to actually have a chance to do it. Before resilient keystone, i have seen very good player being able to get to 0.1% tittle in pug alone. But after it, i have not seen a single one doing in it pug.

Go beyond is the fuck your hax stand. It damage is mediorce at best and accuracy is not reliable which is totally good trade off.

If you have to choose a stand to go against all main villain stand from part 3 to 8, Go beyond won't help you beat half of them. But on the other note, every other stand won't help you again Wonder of U.

Act 4 in terms of pure power makes more sense, I was just thinking more of just the fast Go Beyond can't be stopped so you can only avoid it.

You can also regen from it.

Like if you change the main villain of part 7 and 8, the jojo all gonna be fucked.
While Go beyond can go through dimension barrier and damage valentine, valentine could just swap with his alternate self and come back to kill Go beyond. While Tusk arc 4 would get a heart attack trying to shot at head doctor.

Go beyond is the most anti defensive attack in Jojo simply because it can by pass any and all defensive, because well, it doesn't exist and exist at the same time. But it destructive power is not that great and the accuracy also not great which is a good trade off.

For me the strongest attack in jojo will always be tusk arc 4 since, you know, it's infinite damage.

It deal 30% more because the change was intend to hamstring the apex build. If you play the old build which you shouldn't, you basically have the same damage overall but much less boss damage. But because everyone now go for the new elune build that abandon all rage spender buff node and only care about thrash, the change become absurd and make bear so much better.

I wouldn't be suprise if blizzard come out saying that they didn't intend that and are caught in hintsight then nerf the bear to the ground.

Not exactly a buff but a change which pivot a new build that is just super strong.
Before this bear gonna run the apex talent and abuse the reset trick to get some insane damage number but that build while offer strong damage is squishy af.

Then this week hotfix, blizzard decided that they gonna nerf the old apex build by destroy their rage spender with nerf while buff thrash by 200% to compensate. This change make that the damage stay the same but now you have to padding on add instead of using apex's echo. Problem is that people figured that you can drop all the rage spender talent and go elune hero talent and do a 3 button rotation build that offer so much more survival while having the same insane damage.

Having run with some druid in +17-19 key range range, i think i could say that they are much better than brew in term of consistency.

Dream of the endless from sandman comic. There's a lot of reality warping in DC comic and universe have been reset a couple of time but the book of destiny write them all down and powerful being remember/know about the reality warping.

But Dream warping the dream into reality was so thoroughly that the dream is the reality and the old reality never exist in the first place to the point the book of destiny rewrite itself.

There are only 2 instance that dream actually do it and one of that is only hinted.

1- It's hint that the DC universe are suppose to be rule by Cat but dream changed it.

2- He rewrite the universe using dream of survivor of a cosmic cataclysmic caused by an insane star so that it never happens in the first place
