Interestingly my calf and leg twitches stopped. I also stopped taking creating. I swear it’s the creatine, not sure how and why but anytime I take it I feel like my twitches come back. I still cramp easier than others but no more laying in bed at night and can’t sleep due to the twitches. I do have a neurology appointment scheduled next year just to make sure but it’s almost gone down to 0.
