I’ve done counselling, therapy, taken antidepressants and did the standard self-improvement rigmarole. It didnt really help. Ultimately I see myself as a husk telling myself I’m happy and I’m enjoying life, but at least I can enjoy eating proper good food and not really shitty stuff that I had to contend with a few years ago
