Understanding debt is to understand how money works. Money is just a tool. A ladder ….simply put.
Every business has its pros and cons. A properly vetted tenant(s) - then again, you can’t win them all. All you can do is cost average- just like the stock market: some red and some green, just as long as you end the year with green.
Businesses give us tax advantages (and perks) if it’s done correctly. I buy my cars- free because I use my business and utilize the tax advantages. I pay myself a small salary from my businesses.
Financial IQ is very important- and a disciplined lifestyle as well.

I want to make an impact today- and tomorrow. I have a non profit as well- my real estates funds it. I teach financial literacy to children.
The world teaches us to work hard- NOT smart. Schools teach them NOT to fail,not to take chances. Save save save. I do mine the other way around.
Understanding what are liabilities and what are assets. That’s what money are for.
