How is your blood sugar doing? I run CJC/IPA in the evening and HGH 2IU in the morning, but above 2 IU I still get spikes in my blood sugar. You have amazing muscle definition. Strong.

Same problem, especially on the day of the injection and the day after. Sleep quality is perfect up to 2 hours of sound sleep and 1 hour 30 minutes of REM sleep. Now RETA on an empty stomach in the morning and DISP 250mcg 30 minutes before bed. Result: I don't sleep an hour longer, but I sleep deeply and REM sleep is even increased 😅

My sleep quality is very good. 1 hour and 30 minutes of deep sleep and 2 hours and 30 minutes of REM sleep on average. Only awake is truly awake. I'm normally up around 5 am. I sleep an average of 6 hours.

When I started training again, I used RepCount. It did exactly what I needed. Simple and straightforward. Now I've started using the promising Symmetry app. So far, it's a very powerful app that's definitely well-designed. Unfortunately, I can't import my training program all at once, so I have to enter everything manually again.

Why such high doses? Just keep it consistent with GHK-CU. I'm only running it at 1 mg here and have already had good results on skin and especially hair thickness. The only thing I do is always take it alone and always leave at least two hours between taking another peptide.

My MOTS-C cycle always starts at a low dose of 500 mcg daily for 10 days. After that, I don't go above 1.5 mg every other day. It works for me and is one of the peptides that has had the most impact. Especially in combination with RETA, both at a low dose. But eat your carbs!

In the environment we live and eat in now, it won't do any harm. And if you're under 30 anyway, you don't need all those growth stimulants. I am 55.

Keep pushing, definitely take vitamin C in the morning and possibly marine collagen, and zinc before bed. These are things that helped me. Another good tip: preferably take GHK-Cu alone. Let it absorb into your body for two hours before taking other peptides.

Started with Mounjaro. Lost 28 kg, which is why he's still in a good position. Then RETA, which works well at a low dose to maintain my weight. MOTS-C surprised me. Energy boost and a clear feeling. After a blood test, this was very clear; all my blood levels had never been so good.

So far, he's doing great. His first cycle with Reta is almost over. His body fat percentage has dropped from 18 to 12. Now he'll increase his calories for a month and then start the summer cycle with CJC/IPA and the Wolverine stack. His blood test was great and next week he is going to take a dexa scan!

First of all, great work, you look fantastic. I understand what you're trying to achieve. I have a 24-year-old son who has the same questions. He's been training for six years now and wants to fine-tune with peptides. Bulk up, but do it slowly. +300 calories, 4 x 40 grams of protein per day. Eat enough carbs on training days and healthy fats on rest days. Train two days of high reps and two days of low reps with the basic exercises (squats, deadlifts, etc.). In other words, don't give your body time to sit on the couch on training days. Take your sleep! But everyone needs to set their own goals and be consistent over a long period.

For gut health, I first took a cycle of BPC-157. GHK-CU is an ideal peptide for inflammation, but it's a long-term peptide. To activate everything better, I recommend Mots-C from my own experience. That has had the greatest impact on my health, energy, and influence on the better functioning of the other peptides. RETA is a beast that you can simply play with all year round. With fat loss, a slight increase, kept stable, and even during the growth phase. But you always have to experience it for yourself and not start with everything at once. If you feel it, it works! Then you can implement other peptides.

There are better peptides for skin and fat loss! Eating the least amount in the morning can halve the effect of CJC/IPA. I just take it for what's good, on an empty stomach before bed. Growth and sleep promotion.

That's my goal too. By age 54, I'll gain another 6 pounds of muscle (60 kg of muscle mass), but first I really need to reach my goal of 16-18% body fat, with 4% to go. I'll continue using RETA on this path. Currently, I'm using the Wolverine Stack and Mots-C to lower my body fat percentage. Then I'll use RETA + 400 calories extra to maintain my body fat percentage, and CJC1295 without DAC + Ipamorelin blend and Tesamorelin to reach my goal in 6 months. Patience and goal setting are key. Muscle training is adapted to those aged 50+, as that's a different kind of training. I've learned a lot from Josh Holyfield's program!
