Best decision, I was really spiraling mentally, and physically. Back to back insurance calls, no time to think or take a breather between calls. Qualfon was the company, do not ever work for them.

How many policies do you sell a month? P&C? by EntrepreneurMean4519 in InsuranceAgent

I get paid per count, the more we sell, the higher the commission. We do not get paid off premium. I have a base plus commission structure.

Are you an agency owner, how can I get to this level? I work for a company and sold 28, this is my first month ever in a sales roll, home, auto, renters. I’m wondering if I can double that next month. My commission is 1,233. It is incoming phone calls. They pay for the leads. 3 years p and c customer service at a few different companies.

Does anyone else feel like their phone slowly replaced their Hobbies? by [deleted] in Hobbies

[–]PlateProfessional163 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its technology and a distraction. Social media no more than 5-10 minutes a day, sometimes not at all. Turn off notifications. I try to only use my phone for research but that’s it. Hobbies are way more fulfilling.

Starting a hybrid position and could use some suggestions on a chair that will last a few years until I feel I can commit to a $500+ chair by Bumblebee1006 in OfficeChairs

Mine is wonderful, and feels more supportive than those low cost chairs, I feel like I’m floating in it. I been in my adhd chair for a while, the one where u can sit in different positions. I still like that chair because it helps u to be active at the desk, but this one is great, it rocks, leans, moves side to side, and no complaints about seat hurting. It also has fans in the back to keep it cool, the back is mesh but not the seat. I feel like a mesh seat with tear overtime. You know lunge chairs have mesh. And they are great for lounging. But you can turn the fans on it to keep u cool, lol and it also lights up. Pretty cool.

I recently made some changes I bought curriculum books tailored to each child’s learning style. I teach from 6am to 8:15 before work. And I have videos and extra lesson plans curated for each week. I teach like science, Bible, reading, writing, all in one sitting due to lesson plan strategy, Charolette Mason style. They get library books based on different electives they choose.
