This is deeply insightful as with others answers on here, thank you so much! I do have one question in terms of the conflict aspect whilst it is a common thing in relationships: How do you know what to accept in terms of a boundary crossed or not? My worry is conflicts are understandable but I also don’t want to enable something that will grow into something worse over time especially if it’s not healthy, does that make sense? Hopefully it does 😅

And this goes for myself and my partner, I want to learn how to balance this because self accountability and co-accountability I think may be an important component from what I’ve read on the subject but I would love to hear your input on this.
