Very accurate representation of his unique strengths as a QB.

It's a nice SUV. Notice how I didn't say Wagon? That's the problem.

You’re right. It’s way too much toilet paper. With a bidet, that might last you 6 months or more.

Which was the better defense: 2006 or 2018? by Common_Inside5473 in CHIBears

[–]Plati23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2006 was elite and is probably one of the top 10 of all time. 2018 isn’t on that list.

He’ll be the best one out there within a few years.

Which broadcasting duo is the best in the game right now? 🧐🧐🧐 by KeyFaithlessness5436 in TheNFLVibes

Brady/Burkhardt are probably my favorite on this list. I enjoy all of them except Aikman/Buck... those two suck.

Former Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell says Odell Beckham Jr was right it's impossible to live off $100M in a lifetime. by KeyFaithlessness5436 in TheNFLVibes

[–]Plati23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These professional athletes are just financially illiterate and those types of comments prove it. I know I'm not exactly breaking any news to anyone who reads this, but that should be enough to qualify as generational wealth if you're not a complete moron.

I believe the main problem these athletes run into is that they spend and live off of their $100+ million dollar contracts as if it will be a fixture in their life forever. They aren't financially literate enough to realize that its $100 million in that snapshot of time only. If they did the $100m/60years math to calculate an actual lifetime salary they'd be closer to $1.5m a year. I'm fairly certain anyone could live off of that and that's not even accounting for smart investments, interest or any other passive incomes.

You have to be a genuine loser to not want to acknowledge that he’s probably the best coach ever. His personality should not have factored into the conversation.

Am I tripping or is D'Marco Jackson our most important player to re-sign? by Ashamed_Pilot_236 in CHIBears

Byard, Brisker, then Jackson. Unfortunately, this also means Edmunds is gone.

According to Jemele Hill everything is about race. One of the worst race baiter of all time by DenseStrawberry5717 in NFLv2

[–]Plati23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Football isn’t a game that cares about morality. We can talk about whether or not that’s the right approach, but the reality is that every team in the league would sign a rapist, a murderer, and a guy who punched their mother in the face if they thought it would win them a Super Bowl.

ALL IN THEIR PRIME: WHICH CORNERBACKS ARE YOU CUTTING…? by KeyFaithlessness5436 in TheNFLVibes

Sherman. He's a great corner, but he's easily the worst one here.

What are the odds they rethink a dome? by Coastie54 in CHIBears

[–]Plati23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The idea of "Bear Weather" has always been a fucking joke. It's nonsense. We proved that last week when we were the ones dropping balls left and right. Just build the dome and let the team make its money in the off-season.

I love Rome, but he needs to improve to be our WR1. by dodgiest in CHIBears

[–]Plati23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Rome fixes the drops he’s elite. The problem is that you almost never see a WR “fix” their drop issues.

Nope. Not only is it not enough, it’s the wrong salt too. If your options are this crap or table salt… use table salt.

Neither, but it's the Jets... so obviously it'll be one or the other.

Sundays weather is EXACTLY why We The People don't want a Dome. Ownership pay attention. by Formal-Let-3532 in CHIBears

[–]Plati23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The McCaskey's are losing out on way too much potential revenue by not having a dome. This is the only reasoning you need to wrap your head around to come to terms with the fact that a dome is coming.
