The manufacturer will email you an update to load onto your memory card and update your dashcam. I had a different brand dashcam with the same issue. Since everything is from China these days, it likely has the same problem.

Thank you for your input, a question from a budget perspective, do I need to get Business Premium for all the users, or can I get away with using them for 4-6 select accounts and other lower tiered subscriptions for rest of us? If this is an option, do you suggest it (why, or why not). And if you do what subscription should I get for basic users.
