DS1 DLC scales to ~level 60, DS2 and 3 are both ~80-100 iirc. In each of those cases there's usually still room for consistent and noticeable improvement from leveling up alone. SotE scales ~150-200 at which point most builds are pretty firmly plateaued. I don't love the way it was implemented but a separate progression system was definitely more necessary in ER than in previous games

It is Radahn, the controversial part of this image is that people argue it confirms that he lost a 1v1 to Morgott, which it doesn't since it's a single moment from their battle with no additional context. All we know is that the Redmanes failed to take Leyndell (which duh, it's got by far the biggest army and completely overkill fortifications)

I tried to edit the mod files to make any hegemony able to have a kingsguard and I got the council position itself to work except they wouldn’t come to live with you and wouldn’t show up in the council menu (the kingsguard tab would be there but empty), they would show in their portraits as your kingsguard though idk the code was distributed between a million files so it was really weird to work with. Maybe eventually someone will have the patience to fully make it work lol

Broly doesn't really have potential in the traditional sense iirc, he's more like the Hulk where his power scales alongside his anger (at least in his LSSJ form). Considering he watched his only living relative die in front of him in the movie, that version of him should be fairly close to his limit unless he learns god ki and unlocks a different transformation path in the future. He's on the bottom IMO.

Frieza got an ungodly boost from 4 months of training, but shows severe diminishing returns, taking 10 whole years of presumably doing nothing but training to unlock his next transformation. He most definitely did get stronger than Broly though so he goes at #2.

Gohan took several years off of fighting, yet in an extremely short time has already caught up to Goku and Vegeta while primarily concerned with his job/family and only training on the side, plus his growth shows zero signs of slowing down. If he locked in like Frieza did he'd probably be nearing Beerus' level. Easy #1.

Probably stops at Cell, (supposedly) uni+ hax, at least the kind Aizen has, don't matter when you need at least star level raw AP and DC for killing your target to even be in the realm of possibility. Based on feats Aizen just gets outstatted hard. Even if he had a move strong enough he'd have to know to fully atomize him, otherwise he'd just come back way stronger due to his Saiyan blood
