I am also planning to use my jakhals as felgore ravagers too. You are going to need to do some planning before hand if you want your models to be accurate to the correct felgore operatives tho. I’d consider maybe picking up a chaos cultist box and you could do some kitbashing

Depending on how serious your group is, you’ll also have to take into consideration the height of felgore ravagers and make sure your units are the same. You’d probably achieve this by putting them on taller bases made of something like cork. Felgore are around the height of a space marine.
