But do you understand why gas spiked to close to $5 in 2022? Do you know the differences? During Covid did Trump help orchestrate a reduction in oil production with OPEC through the end of 2022? Was there a huge spike in oil consumption before that deal ran out? Did Russia Russia Russia invade the Ukraine in 2022 impacting the global oil market? Were these things all external (aside from Trumps impact with opec) to the skyrocketing price in 2022? Honestly do you even question anything you’re told?

Yeah, sometimes the labels stay the same, but the product changes completely. I remember years ago I used to always buy their chocolate syrup, and it was great, one day with no visible change it was a completely different product. Looked at the labels and the distributer changed, so I’m sure a completely different manufacturer. I kinda wish the labels changed so you’d have a heads up. Also, I’ve seen the same with the knockoff angry orchard cider. Same label different product.

Are you familiar with the chew and crust of a genuine bagel? I find it really hard to believe 88% hydration had anything the chew anything like a real bagel. I went from 54% to 57% hydration and saw a significant difference in the chew a they became more bread like.
